The Domaine La Michelle presented in 2015 its sparkling brut, obtained using the traditional method.

Winemaking

The organic cinsault grapes are harvested on the domain and processed into wine. Then the wine is converted into sparkling brut using 100% organic liqueurs.

Wine tasting

A pale peach color, nose of delicate berries, fine bubbles, very long lasting mouth.

Pairing

Serve between 6 et 8°C. Obviously it will be the perfect wine to enjoy in a festive "apéritif". Its depth will allow it to be the perfect wine for the entire meal

Consumption

Drink within 3 years.
